Revit modeling services cover four disciplines
Revit modeling services build models for four disciplines: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), and site or civil. Each model is built in Revit from the drawings and files a project already holds.

Custom families are built to the project's need
A family is a parametric Revit element with its own parameters, and a project that needs one the library does not hold has it built. We build custom families to the project's need and load them into the model as part of the job.
The project sets the level of development
Each element is modeled to the level of development (LOD) the project names, and LOD 200, 300, 350 and 400 are all available. A building information modeling (BIM) execution plan (BEP) or the client's own naming and LOD requirements are followed when one is given. The level changes how much each element carries.
One Revit model produces sheets, schedules, views and quantities
The sheets, schedules, views and quantity lists all start in the same Revit model. The sheets are drawn from it and exported as DWG and PDF files. Schedules are read from it, 3D views are cut from it, and quantity lists are counted from it.

A Revit job starts from drawings, models or point clouds
Drawings in PDF or CAD, an existing Revit model or a point cloud start a Revit modeling job. The BEP joins them when the project has one. We work remotely from the files sent, so the model shows what those files show.
Each Revit model is read by a lead, and the job carries a single fixed quote
Of three quality assurance (QA) stages, the last is the lead's final review for quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). It starts only after the modeler's self-check and a peer check are done. Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope are part of the job, whichever discipline is modeled.
