Interior Drafting Services
Interior drafting services draw the furniture, finish and ceiling plans, elevations and details that architects and interior designers hand to contractors, without the design work itself. Send the layout to our interior drafting services and a free quote for the set is back within 24 hours.

Interior drafting services draw four groups of sheets
Interior drafting services produce four sheet groups: furniture and layout plans, finish plans with their finish schedules, reflected ceiling plans, and interior elevations with details. Each group is drawn in CAD from the layout a designer or architect has decided, and the sheets come back as DWG and PDF files.
Each input a designer sends feeds particular sheets
Each input feeds particular sheets. The architect's floor plan is the base every sheet is drawn on, and the other three inputs feed the plans and schedules built on it.
| What is sent | Where it ends up |
|---|---|
| A marked-up layout or sketch | The furniture and layout plan, and the fixture positions on the ceiling plan |
| The architect's CAD or Revit floor plan | The base plan under every sheet |
| Product and finish selections: spec sheets, samples, furniture and fixture choices | The finish plan and its schedule |
| A PDF or survey of an existing space | The existing walls and ceiling heights the plans start from |
Space planning and finish selection stay with the designer
We draw what the designer or architect has laid out and selected. Space planning, product selection and the design itself stay with them, and we do not offer interior design to homeowners.
Millwork and renderings go to their own pages
Millwork and casework drawings are millwork shop drawings, and photoreal views of an interior are 3D rendering. Each has its own page, so interior drafting covers the plans, schedules and elevations between a designer's layout and the contractor's build.
An interior set is checked in three stages before delivery
Three quality assurance (QA) checks come before an interior set leaves us. They run in this order: the drafter's self-check, a peer check, then a lead's final QA/QC review. Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope are not rationed.
Small drawing sets in 2 business days. Mid-size and larger projects from 3 business days, with the schedule fixed in your quote.
