Drafting can be outsourced to us per project or through a monthly retainer

Drafting is outsourced to us in two ways: one project at a time on a fixed quote, or through a monthly retainer for steady work.

The single project suits a firm whose drafting comes in waves, and the retainer suits one whose drafting hardly stops. Both start the same way, with files and a quote.
Free quotePer projectFixed quoteA new client starts with any single project, gets a quote within 24 hours and signs no contract.
MonthlyRetainerA client with steady work gets a dedicated drafter we assign to fit the volume.

We publish no hourly rate and no per-sheet price. The fixed quote is the price, and you pay only if you accept the quote.

An outsourced drafting project runs from files to a fixed quote to delivery

The client sends the files, we return a fixed quote within 24 hours, and drafting starts once the client accepts it.

Two further checks follow the drafter before outsourced drafting is delivered

Before a drawing is delivered, three people check it, and the last is a lead's final quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) review. Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope apply once the drawings are delivered.

QA 1The drafter checks the files first
QA 2A second drafter checks them next
QA 3A lead reviews the delivery last
BEYOND SCOPEA revision that goes beyond the scope in the quote amends the quote, so the price never moves without a conversation first.

The client owns the delivered drawings

The client owns the delivered drawings, and we do not reuse them for anyone else. Every client file is kept confidential, and we sign an NDA on request.

✓Not reused for anyone else
✓Every client file kept confidential
✓NDA signed on request

If your firm has its own NDA, send it with the first files and we'll sign it.

A firm outsources drafting when work comes in waves or needs skills it lacks

A firm outsources when the work comes in waves, or when a project needs skills or software the firm does not need all year. A freelancer is one person's capacity; we are a team with three QA stages.

Two short answers on outsourcing drafting

The two questions below cover overflow work and a firm's own CAD standards.

01Yes

Can you take only the overflow when our team is busy?

Yes. A firm sends only the part it wants drafted, whether a whole project or one phase of it, and the quote covers that scope alone. With no contract, nothing ties the rest of its work to us.

02Yes

Do you work to our own CAD standards?

Yes, where the client supplies them. Send the standards document or a template with the first files, and the drawings are built on it.
